solutions. At ASC, based in Ingolstadt, Germany, producing high quality products and being close to the customer are of critical importance: ASC produces its products directly at its Ingolstadt
facility, and provides customer-specific solutions and quick delivery times, even for small production quantities. ASC only uses high-quality, innovative sensor elements of renowned European and
American manufacturers in its sensors. For the German auto industry, both of those aspects are of decisive importance, and provide a competitive advantage for ASC's customers.
ASC
specializes in small series production that are then used in the development departments at companies. For that reason, the sensors are remarkably compact and very robust and shock-resistant, in
addition to being extremely heat resistant. As a result of those properties, the sensors are very flexible in their applications, and can be used in many different areas, from the automobile
industry, to agriculture, aviation and aerospace, and in geophysical applications. The company constantly works on new technologies in order to cost-effectively build even smaller products in future,
and to be able to always improve in meeting customer requirements.

tractors and other agricultural machines. ASC's customers in the tractor and agricultural sector include: Fendt, CASE, New Holland, and Alois Poettinger. ASC sensors are also used in geophysical
applications, for measuring ground and building vibrations, and in deep drilling.

for specific customer requirements, but also provides comprehensive service for maintaining the sensors: maintenance, repairs, and calibrations of ASC products, but also for products made by other
companies. The company thus is able to provide comprehensive customer service and advice that extends beyond the purchase and implementation of its sensors.
Strong partners worldwide
Customers from numerous industries value not only ASC's comprehensive service package, but also ASC's network of sales and distribution partners, which is constantly being expanded. At
present, ASC is working with partners in the United Kingdom, Italy, and Turkey; Japan and France will soon be added to the list.
ASC is also the exclusive distributor of Honeywell
accelerometers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Those sensors are used by EADS (the European Aeronautical Defense and Space Company) in helicopter tests, and in its satellites.
Know-how and Tradition combined
Peter Bay is the chief executive officer at the company, and has over 20 years of experience in vibration and oscillation measurement technologies. He was also
the owner of MWS Sensorik, a sensor company. In January 2008, Bay became chief executive officer at ASC after working as a product manager at ASC. Thanks to the contacts that he brings with, and
ASC's first-rate products, ASC is already the worldwide leading manufacturer of high-quality, customer-specific sensors, and is the first place that leading companies in numerous industries turn
to, when they need sensors.
Portfolio
ASC produces two types of accelerometers: one comprises capacitive accelerometers with a strengthened output signal, which allow extremely small
vibration measurement ranges to be read. The other type consists of piezoresistive sensors, which do not have signal amplification, but rather have a bridge output signal and are used almost
exclusively in crash tests. ASC continuously meets the requirements of customers with its solutions, and uses high-quality materials to adapt the sensors to the requirements of individual cases and
individual uses. ASC not only provides customer-specific cable processing and connector solutions, but can also provide customers with complete solutions. In addition, ASC offers its customers a
comprehensive service package that extends from sensor calibration to the maintenance and repair of ASC accelerometers, and even includes sensors made by other companies.
